About the Brewer
Hey guys, I'm AJ. I have recently started dabbling in homebrewing, primarily dealing with small-batch handcrafted brews. This site serves as a logbook for me to document brewing adventures, recipes, tasting notes, and photos. All of this is for hobby and educational purposes only.
Outside of brewing, I enjoy pretty much everything. Friends, family, outdoors, indoors, you name it. I like to think that I am a pretty laid back fella, and enjoy the finer things in life. I work full time in the IT field, while still studying at Ferris State University (Information Security and Intelligence). I have a dog, a cat, and a wonderful Fiance who I will be marrying come September 2026.
